1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (I use Arbonne.)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. nut butter
1/3 cup milk of choice (I use almond.)
- Combine all ingredients, using only 1 tbsp. of the chocolate chips, in a mug and stir to batter-like consistency.
- Add another 1 tbsp. of chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave for 90 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on desired consistency. (I do 2 minutes.)
