I feel like I’ve been holding out on you by not sharing this recipe sooner. My Protein Cookie Dough is probably the quickest, easiest, and tastiest thing that goes down in my kitchen multiple times per week. I developed this a few years ago, and it remains one of my favorite sweet treats. A lot of times, after dinner, I want a little something sweet, but don’t want to make anything overly complicated. This is the best solution, and I know you’ll love it too!
- 1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder of choice (My favorite is Arbonne)
- 1/4 cup Milk of choice (I use Almond Milk.)
- 1 TBSP Nut Butter of choice (I switch it up between peanut, cashew, and almond.)
- 1 TBSP Chocolate Chips (optional)
Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix it up, and it’s ready to eat!
Seriously, that’s it! Easy to make, a little hit of protein, and it tastes just like cookie dough!
